Plan SME purchasing deliveries in Riyadh and Jeddah
Specify each delivery location, receiving contact and time constraint. Coverage and live tracking depend on the selected supplier or carrier.

What should a Riyadh or Jeddah branch provide?
Provide the city, full delivery address, branch name and reachable receiving contact. Add practical constraints such as receiving hours, access instructions or unloading requirements through the available order communication. City alone is not enough to determine a delivery commitment. Confirm that the selected supplier covers the actual location and quantity before ordering.
Is delivery tracking always a live map?
No. Order status, a carrier tracking link and live driver location are different capabilities. Jmaa supports shipment-status updates and tracking where the configured provider supplies them. A supplier’s driver can share location through the supported workflow when enabled and permitted. Without a current location feed, use the latest recorded status rather than treating it as a live position.
How do multiple deliveries affect purchasing?
A combined annual requirement does not necessarily mean one physical delivery. State quantities and destinations clearly so offers can be compared on the same delivery scope. Review minimum order quantities, lead times and any delivery charges in the applicable terms. Confirm receipt per order and preserve evidence of damaged or missing goods. Jmaa does not promise universal same-day coverage in either city.
