Restaurant and cafe packaging procurement in Saudi Arabia
Compare packaging by specification and usable unit cost, then plan quantities by branch. Jmaa brings matching requirements together for supplier quotation.

What should a packaging request contain?
Record the product, material, dimensions or capacity, colour, printing requirements, lid compatibility and units per carton. A 1,000-piece carton and a 500-piece carton are not comparable by carton price alone. Separate hot-drink cups, cold-drink cups, food containers and bags when their intended use differs. Ask the supplier for evidence that the product is suitable for its intended food-contact use; do not infer suitability from a product name.
How do you compare offers fairly?
Divide the quoted pack price by the number of usable pieces. Compare the same specification, tax treatment and delivery scope. Check minimum order quantity, production lead time, artwork approval and whether a sample is needed before committing to printed stock. A cheaper cup that needs a different lid may increase the total cost.
How does Jmaa handle this requirement?
Upload a purchasing list, choose the relevant category and complete its required specifications. Jmaa reviews matching demand and supplier offers. Your team reviews the available agreement and prices before ordering. Availability, minimum quantities and delivery coverage depend on the selected offer; pooled demand does not guarantee a saving or a delivery date.
