Upload purchasing lists and supplier catalogues from Excel

What can a buyer upload?
From Items, choose the upload option and a purchasing category, then download its template. Enter item name, unit, quantity, city and the required category specifications. Brand, previous price and required date may be added where applicable. Frequency values are once, weekly, monthly, quarterly or yearly. Use YYYY-MM-DD for dates. Accepted rows are saved as drafts for review before submission for pricing.
How does a supplier upload a catalogue or quotes?
Under Price list, use Supplier catalogue to download the product template. SKU, name, unit, unit cost, MOQ, lead days and cities are required. Reimporting the same SKU updates that supplier’s product and returns it to sourcing review; it does not change signed agreement prices. For quotations, use the populated template under Quotes. Keep invitation item IDs unchanged. A signed NDA, an eligible invitation and an open quotation round are required.
What are the file limits and safeguards?
Use XLSX or CSV up to 2 MB. Purchasing and catalogue files allow up to 500 rows; quotation files allow 200. XLSX files must have one worksheet and no formula cells. Keep template headings unchanged, correct row errors and confirm the preview. Supplier imports with invalid rows cannot be committed. Authorised Jmaa staff can use the same workflow on behalf of a verified buyer or supplier, with the action recorded.
