Terms of Use

Version 2 · 2026-10-12

1. Who we are

buy.jmaa.sa (the "Platform") is operated by Briventa Company, commercial registration no. 7051831910, VAT no. 314261879300003 ("Jmaa", "we"). Contact: info@jmaa.sa, +966 50 094 2020.

2. Accepting these terms

By registering or using the Platform you accept these Terms of Use. If you accept on behalf of a company, you confirm that you are authorised to bind it, and "you" means that company and each of its users.

3. Who may use the Platform

The Platform is for businesses only. A buying company or supplier must hold a valid commercial registration. Each user must be at least 18 and authorised by their company. Consumer purchases are served at jmaa.sa.

4. Accounts and verification

You will give accurate and complete information and documents, and keep them up to date. We may verify your company, ask for more documents, and approve, reject or suspend an account. Keep your login details secure. Your company's administrator is responsible for its users and for what they do on the Platform. Tell us at once of any unauthorised use.

5. How the Platform works

Buying companies select their industry and list the items they need with full specifications. Jmaa pools matching items, negotiates with suppliers and publishes agreed prices, against which companies order. Suppliers submit offers, sign a supply agreement with Jmaa and fulfil the orders Jmaa sends them. Purchases are governed by the Master Purchase Agreement between Jmaa and the buying company. Supply is governed by the Master Supply Agreement between Jmaa and the supplier. On those matters, those agreements prevail over these terms.

6. Acceptable use

You will not:

  • give false or misleading information, or impersonate anyone;
  • copy, scrape or extract Platform data, or use automated tools on it without our written consent;
  • interfere with the Platform, test its security, or access another account's data;
  • disclose prices or supplier details you see on the Platform to anyone outside your company;
  • use the Platform to contact a customer or supplier in order to deal with them outside Jmaa;
  • list or request items that are unlawful to sell in Saudi Arabia.

7. Your content

You keep ownership of the item lists, specifications and files you upload. You allow us to use them to run the service, including pooling them with other companies' lists and sharing specifications and pooled volumes with suppliers without identifying you. You confirm that you have the right to share what you upload.

8. Prices and confidentiality

Prices are shown only to verified accounts and are confidential to the company they are published to.

9. Intellectual property

The Platform, its software, content and the Jmaa name and logo belong to Jmaa or its licensors. You may use the Platform only for its intended purpose while your account is active.

10. Availability

We work to keep the Platform available and secure, but do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may suspend it for maintenance or security reasons.

11. Electronic records and signatures

You agree to deal with us electronically. Ticking an acceptance box, and actions taken by your logged-in users, are binding records of your company's agreement. Master agreements are signed electronically through the Platform. We record the user, date, time, IP address and document version for each acceptance and signature.

12. Liability

Liability for goods bought or supplied is dealt with in the master agreements. For use of the Platform itself, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss or loss of profit. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud or gross negligence.

13. Suspension and closure

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms or a master agreement, or that gives false information. You may close your account at any time by notice; this does not cancel confirmed orders.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will notify you through the Platform and ask each user to accept the new version at next sign-in.

15. Law, disputes and language

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Disputes go to the competent Commercial Court in Jeddah. These terms are published in Arabic and English; if they differ, the Arabic text prevails.
