How it works

From requirement to delivery, under one agreement

A single Master Purchase Agreement with Jmaa, contracted pricing for every item, and direct delivery from the supplier.

  1. 1

    Company registration

    Your team

Provide your legal name, commercial registration and VAT numbers, select your sector and upload both certificates. Registration takes a few minutes.

  2. 2

    Verification and contracting

    Your team · Jmaa

Jmaa verifies your documents. You nominate an authorised signatory, who executes the Master Purchase Agreement electronically in the portal.

  3. 3

    Plan your annual demand

    Your team

Submit each item with its specifications, unit, forecast quantity and delivery city, and optionally your current price. Enter items individually or upload them in bulk.

  4. 4

    Consolidation and negotiation

    Jmaa

Jmaa consolidates matching requirements across companies, invites verified suppliers to quote, and executes a supply agreement with the selected supplier.

  5. 5

    Contracted prices published

    Jmaa

Each priced item appears in your catalogue with its price, minimum order quantity, lead time and validity date, alongside your saving against your previous price.

  6. 6

    Ordering, payment and receipt

    Your team

Place orders as required and pay Jmaa by bank transfer. The order is released to the supplier, who delivers to your address. You confirm receipt in the portal.
