Who invoices whom? Jmaa orders, payments and invoices
The supplier invoices Jmaa, and Jmaa invoices the business customer. Delivery may go directly from the supplier to the customer’s location.

Who does the buyer contract with and pay?
The customer buys from Jmaa under the applicable agreement. The supplier supplies Jmaa and fulfils the assigned delivery. Direct delivery does not mean that the buyer should pay the supplier separately. Before confirming an order, review the seller details, quantities, agreed prices, tax amounts, delivery location and payment instructions shown in the portal.
How are payment and invoice records used?
Eligible card payments use the Paymob checkout; bank-transfer payments follow the instructions on the order. Payment confirmation, invoice issuance and finance reconciliation are separate steps. A payment screenshot alone is not a confirmed receipt. Authorised users can view the available invoice records for their own company. Finance reviews payment recording and exceptions.
What happens after delivery or if something is wrong?
Check the actual goods against the order before confirming receipt. Record shortages, damage or a proposed substitution through the order’s available issue workflow. A return or credit adjustment requires review; reporting an issue does not automatically cancel an invoice or create a refund. Noura can help locate accessible order and invoice information, while changes requiring approval remain subject to user permissions and confirmation.
